Child Support 101: How To Get Her To Pay

Hey, Dad. The question of the day is: Can you receive alimony and/or child support before you actually have a judgment of divorce or paternity? This came up today in a question. Pay attention to what’s happening. Look at your checking accounts and credit card statements to find out the truth. If you don’t, you could end up blindsided. You’ve been warned.

To protect  yourself and  your kids, come...

HOW TO TALK TO A LAWYER

In this episode of the  Men's Family Law Podcast, I discuss what you need to tell a lawyer, and more importantly what you DON'T need to cover until asked.

If you're going to represent yourself you should probably still meet with a lawyer in your jurisdiction to get a feel for the judge and the courts, plus get a solid review of the law that you want to rely upon.
